Getting Started

  1. Unbox your kit. Inside you’ll find the G3 Pro KOKO device, two pods (usually 0.4 Ω and 0.9 Ω), a USB-C cable, and a lanyard.
  2. Charge fully. Plug in via USB-C; a full charge takes roughly an hour. The screen will display charging progress.
  3. Select your pod. Lower resistance = warmer vapor (0.4 Ω – RDL), higher resistance = smoother MTL experience (0.9 Ω – 1.2 Ω).

Tip: Always start with a fully charged battery for optimal coil performance and accurate wattage readings.

How to Fill the Pod

  1. Remove the pod from the device (it attaches magnetically).
  2. Locate the side-fill port under the silicone plug.
  3. Fill slowly with your e-liquid (leave a small air gap to prevent leaks).
  4. Re-seal and let the pod sit for 5–10 minutes to allow full wicking.

Best practice: Keep liquid levels above the wick openings. Running pods too low may cause dry hits.

Power, Unlock & Controls

  • Power On/Off: Click the main button 5 times quickly. You’ll see an on-screen confirmation.
  • Unlock/Lock: Also done by pressing the button 5 times. When locked, the device won’t fire by draw or button.
  • Vape: Either inhale to auto-fire or hold the button while drawing for manual activation.

Switching Modes & Adjusting Wattage

The Caliburn G3 Pro KOKO’s chip allows custom power output and control modes. To adjust wattage, press the fire button 3 times rapidly — wattage will flash on the screen. Use on-screen prompts or press again to scroll through power levels.

Recommended Ranges:

  • 0.4 Ω pod → 22 – 30 W (RDL style)
  • 0.9 Ω / 1.2 Ω pod → 12 – 18 W (MTL style)

Double-press the button to toggle between Draw Mode, Button Mode, or Dual Mode. The screen icons will confirm the active firing style.

Adjusting the Airflow

On the side of the G3 Pro KOKO you’ll find an airflow slider. Adjusting it fine-tunes how tight or open the draw feels:

  • Closed (tight): For MTL vaping — more cigarette-like and intense flavor.
  • Open (loose): For RDL vaping — bigger vapor and smoother airflow.
  • Midway: Balanced setting that maximizes both flavor and vapor.

Tip: Tiny adjustments make a big difference — start halfway and move slightly to find your sweet spot.

Maintenance & Pro Tips

Pod Care

  • Clean the magnetic contacts with a dry tissue weekly.
  • Replace pods every 5 – 10 days, depending on flavor strength and e-liquid sweetness.
  • Don’t expose filled pods to high heat or sunlight.

Battery Health

  • Charge before reaching 10% for optimal lifespan.
  • Avoid using non-certified chargers or cables.

Troubleshooting

  • Leaking: Check that the fill plug is sealed and avoid overfilling.
  • Gurgling: Blow gently through the mouthpiece without firing to clear excess liquid.
  • Weak vapor: Increase wattage slightly or replace the pod.
